BK Biocide is a water-based, low-toxicity, broad-spectrum, and highly effective biocide developed specifically for metalworking fluids in humid environments. It is suitable for fully synthetic, semi-synthetic, and microemulsion formulations, as well as for routine maintenance at the side of working fluid tanks.

Applications:
BK Biocide is low in toxicity and highly effective against bacteria, fungi, and yeasts.
Maintains stable biocidal efficacy even under high-temperature conditions.
Remains stable in alkaline pH ranges.
Can be added at any stage of production without affecting the application system or causing adverse reactions.
Dosage Recommendations:
In concentrates: 2%–5% (W/W)
In use-site treatment (working fluid): 0.1%–0.25% (W/W)

Storage:
If precipitation occurs, mix well before use. This does not affect its biocidal effectiveness.
Transportation:
This product is transported as non-hazardous goods.
Operators must wear protective clothing, rubber gloves, goggles, and face masks to avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes.
In case of skin contact, immediately wash with plenty of water and soap.
If splashed into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and buffered solution.
